Ready to Import your data into Element451?
This cheat sheet will make sure the data you are importing is clean and correct. Check the suggestions below against your current Import.
Mapping
On the Mapping tab:
Map One Identify Field - at least one field that is considered an identity (email, SSN, school ID, etc.) so the matching tab can be set up
Map Milestones - Milestones are a critical data point within Element. They will help you track students progression through your funnel. When importing form submissions, also map a Date of Inquiry Milestone. When importing applications, also map a Application Submitted Milestone. Learn more about Milestones.
Map Milestone Terms & Dates - When mapping milestones, map both the Term and Date. This is the bare minimum for making your Milestones effective.
