Multi-Select -- allows for a selection of multiple answers from a displayed list of options.

School Select -- allows for looking up a high school or college via a search function.

Please note that only a high school or a college can be looked up per one question.

Star Rating -- allows for a rating of an experience or statement.

Smile Rating -- similar to the Star Rating, the Smile rating allows for a rating in smiles.

Rating Grid -- allows for a rating of multiple options on a scale.

Once you define the question and the options to be rated, you can define the rating scale with a maximum of a 10. Further, you can indicate whether the minimum and maximum rating label, whether to include a N/A option, and whether to reverse the scale.

Ranking -- allows for a rating of multiple options in order of importance.

You can also include a N/A option by toggling the question and define the order in which the list is displayed: default, alphabetical, or random.

The Advanced settings under each question allow you to define any conditional logic to that question. Once you have all the questions built -- save the survey.
