Unsubscribe via the Person Profile
To manually unsubscribe a person from email or SMS messages. Generally, there are two options:
Use the Unsubscribe button in the Contact area of the Person record.
βUse an optional call to action button in the header of the profile.
π Note: this CTA will need to be part of the relevant Profile Template.

With the release of Bolt Profiles in October 2022 users no longer need to manually add the unsubscribe milestone.

Remember, recipients can also self-unsubscribe from emails via a link you provide in your campaign emails.
