Overview

The All Jobs page is your hub for managing every Bolt Agent Job in your institution. From here, you can see how many jobs are active, track overall impact, and take quick actions on individual jobs.

In this article, you’ll learn how to:

  • Navigate the All Jobs page and understand its metrics

  • Open, review, and edit details of an existing job

  • Edit job settings

  • Duplicate or delete a job

Monitoring Your Jobs

Once a job is created, you can monitor it from Engagement > Bolt Agents > Jobs.

Summary Bar

At the top of the All Jobs page, you’ll see high-level counts (active jobs, completed goals, and estimation of hours saved) for all jobs across your institution.

📈 These counts help you understand the overall impact your agents are making.

All Jobs Table

Below the summary bar is the All Jobs table, which lists every job.

The table includes:

  • Job Name

  • Status (Active or Inactive)

  • Total People Enrolled

  • Approvals Needed

  • Last Action Date

Table Features:

  • Search jobs by name

  • Filter by status or goal

  • Open a job by clicking its name

  • Use the vertical ellipsis (⋮) for more options (open, duplicate, delete) on each job

Viewing + Editing Existing Jobs

While most job settings can be edited at any time, the job’s goal cannot be changed after it is created. Each time the agent enters the “thinking” state, that is, when they evaluate what to do next for a specific contact, they pull the most current version of the job. This means that any updates you’ve made will be used going forward. This makes Bolt Agent Jobs flexible and adaptive, allowing you to iterate as you go.

To view or edit a job:

  1. Find the job you want to view/edit.

  2. Click on the job name in the table or, alternatively, click the vertical ellipsis (⋮) at the end of the row and select "open."

🚨 Important | Changing Instructions: If you’ve already launched the job and the agent has taken action for some contacts, changing instructions significantly midstream may cause inconsistencies. The agent remembers what it’s done so far, and a major change could result in confusing behavior. When possible, keep instructions consistent once a job is in progress. If your strategy has changed significantly, consider creating a new job.

Duplicating or Deleting Jobs

You can quickly create or remove jobs from the All Jobs table.

  1. Find the job you want to act on.

  2. Click the vertical ellipsis (⋮) at the end of the row.

  3. Choose one of the following:

    • Duplicate → Create a new job using the same configuration.

    • Delete → Permanently remove the job from your institution.

Important Notes on Duplicating Jobs

  • Enrollments (contacts) are not copied. You’ll need to manually add people to the duplicated job, either by segment or individually. 👉 See Reviewing + Managing Enrollments in Bolt Agent Jobs for details.

  • The duplicate job inherits the status (Active/Inactive) of the original. If the original was active, the copy will also start as active. Consider switching it to Inactive while you refine instructions and add enrollments.

Adding or Removing People

After a job has been created, you can manually add new people or cancel existing enrollments at any time.

  • Use the Add People button in the job header to manually enroll contacts or add a segment.

  • To cancel an enrollment, go to the People tab of the job and remove the contact.

👉 For step-by-step instructions, see Reviewing + Managing Enrollments in Bolt Agent Jobs.

Viewing Conversations Related to a Job

In addition to reviewing enrollments individually, you may want to see all conversations tied to a specific job at once. You can do this from the Conversations Inbox using Advanced Filtering.

  1. Open the Conversations Inbox.

  2. Select Advanced Filtering.

  3. Under the filter options, use the Bolt Agent Jobs filter by selecting the job from the dropdown that you want to review.

This will display every conversation associated with that job, across all enrollments.

Pro Tip: Use this filter to spot patterns in how people are responding to your job (e.g., a common question after a campaign email) or to troubleshoot how the agent’s actions are landing at scale.
