Overview
The Bolt Agent Jobs Dashboard analyzes the performance and impact of all AI-powered jobs at your institution. Use this dashboard to explore metrics such as job activity, goal completion rates, approval patterns, and time savings, both at the institution-wide level and for individual jobs.
Accessing the Dashboard
Navigate to Data + Automations > Bolt Insights > Bolt Agent Jobs.
Dashboard Features
The Bolt Agent Jobs Dashboard displays period-over-period comparisons, performance changes over time, and a wide range of job-related metrics.
Global Controls
The Bolt Agent Jobs Dashboard can be filtered and controlled in several ways. Find the global controls at the top of each tab. These global controls affect each tab. Filters applied on one tab will carry over to the others.
Global controls feature filters for date range, job goal, agent type, approved by, channel, funnel stage, and urgent status.

Data on the Bolt Agent Jobs Dashboard is organized by date and various dimensions selected in the controls menu.

Distribution across email, SMS, and phone

Breakdown by approver showing the number approved, pending, rejected, and the approval rate percentage
Job Activity Over Time
Messages sent over time by the agent
Goal completions by goal type
Bolt Job Log Tab
The Bolt Job Log Tab shows a table of all job enrollments, including name, status, created date/time, updated date/time, unanswered question (Y/N), needs follow-up (Y/N), and a link to the specific job
Metric Glossary
Jobs | AI-powered, proactive, and autonomous outreach performed by Bolt Agents, designed to accomplish specific goals |
Active Jobs | Jobs currently running with enrolled contacts |
Messages Sent | Total communications sent via jobs |
Goals Completed | Number of successful job outcomes achieved |
Minutes Saved | Time saved by utilizing Bolt Agents in jobs, calculated from messages originating in Jobs |
Approval Rate | Percentage of messages approved (either self-approved by AI or by users) |
Experience Score | Overall measure of the interaction, with reasoning that highlights successes and any friction points |
Success Rate | Measurement of how well jobs achieve their intended outcomes |
Engagement Score | Measurement of how engaged the contact was during the conversation |
Confusion Score | Measurement of how confused the contact was during the conversation |
Sentiment | Analysis of conversation tone as positive, negative, or neutral |
