Agents now access conversation summaries from other agents' interactions over the past year, enabling seamless collaboration and handoffs.

  • View summaries of any teammate's conversations with a contact

  • Automatic understanding of cross-agent references

  • Complete context preservation when agents hand off conversations

  • Rich conversation summaries provide deeper context than before

Inactive Job Visual Indicators

Jobs now display clear visual cues when enrollment status changes, improving workflow visibility.

  • Enrollment status pills for inactive jobs display at 50% opacity

  • Original status labels (e.g., "Monitoring") remain visible but faded

  • Final statuses (Canceled, Abandoned, Goal Completed) maintain full opacity for clear differentiation

“No Action Needed” Enrollment Status

New status distinguishes between different types of goal completion for more accurate tracking.

  • Differentiates goals achieved through past activity versus current agent actions

  • "Goal Completed" status now reflects only outcomes by agent work

  • Provides clearer reporting on agent effectiveness and job outcomes

Enhanced Conversation Filtering

All agent-initiated SMS and phone communications automatically follow Federal TCPA-compliant time restrictions.

  • Automatic time zone detection based on the recipient's address, phone number, or school defaults

  • Enforced communication windows: Monday-Friday 9am-8pm, weekends 10am-5pm (local time)

  • Outreach outside permitted hours automatically rescheduled to the next available window
