We’ve expanded Bolt Discovery’s transparency by exposing file upload sources in answers. Just like with URLs, when a file contributes to an answer, contacts can now see and access it directly from the Discovery thread.
File uploads used as sources in your public knowledge repository are now displayed in Bolt Discovery answers.
Contacts can open or download referenced files directly from the thread.
Works the same way as URL sources, supporting deeper exploration.
This update gives contacts more context and direct access to the files that informed their answers, improving trust, usability, and engagement.
