Because generative AI creates unique responses each time, the output may vary slightly for different recipients—even if they have the same information.
The AI Text Prompt Block in Element451’s email campaign builder allows you to generate personalized content for each recipient at the time of sending. By inserting this block into your email, you can write a custom AI prompt that dynamically generates text based on individual student data.
This feature is fully compatible with tokens, allowing you to incorporate specific data fields directly into your prompt. This enables one-to-one email personalization, ensuring each recipient gets unique, relevant content.
Adding and Configuring the AI Text Prompt Block
Ensure 'AI Block Rendering' is enabled in your Billing Settings. Premium features are disabled by default to prevent unexpected credit usage.
Follow the standard process for creating a new Campaign.
Insert the AI Text Prompt Block when adding your email content.
In the email campaign builder, from within a column, click “Add an element.”
Select AI Text Prompt Block from the left sidebar.
Open the Settings Panel
Click the gear icon in the block to open the prompt editor.
Write Your AI Prompt
Enter a detailed instruction for BoltAI to generate the text.
Use tokens to reference specific recipient data.
Click the “Add Token” button to insert tokens correctly and avoid typos.
Preview the Output (Highly Recommended!)
Use the Preview feature and select a recipient to see how the AI will generate content for them.
This ensures the text aligns with your expectations before sending.
