Alongside our new usage-based pricing model, we’re introducing two powerful AI-driven features to enhance your communications and automation:

AI Text Prompt Block for Campaigns

Generate dynamic, personalized content for each recipient at the time of sending.

AI Workflow Evaluations

Use AI-powered text generation to dynamically set user properties within workflows.

AI Text Prompt Block for Campaigns

  • Custom AI-generated content – Create a unique prompt that directs BoltAI to generate tailored text for each recipient.

  • Supports tokens – Incorporate tokens (e.g., [address:addresses_home_full], [user:intended_major]) to personalize content using student-specific data.

  • One-to-one personalization – Each email recipient receives dynamically generated content based on their individual data, ensuring truly personalized communication.

  • Real-time content generation – Text is created when sending, ensuring relevance and accuracy.

  • Preview support – AI Text Prompts are supported in Preview Mode, allowing you to select a recipient and see the AI-generated content before sending.

AI Workflow Evaluations

  • AI-generated text in workflows – Dynamically generate values within "Set User's Property" and "Set User's Custom Property" workflow actions.

  • Automated personalization – Use AI prompts to populate custom fields with relevant, real-time data, enhancing automation and engagement.
