Overview + How Team Packages Work

All customers will onboard using the new team-based package structure launched in May 2025. This model reflects Element451’s Digital Workforce philosophy, the belief that the future of work lies in humans and AI agents working together to achieve real outcomes.

This model combines a foundational platform, Element Core, with modular, outcome-based Teams. You can add one or multiple Teams, customizing your digital workforce to fit your outcomes and institutional needs.

Structure Highlights

  • Every customer must purchase Element Core and at least one (1) team.

    • Element Core is the foundational platform that powers the system. It includes essential features and enables the use of AI agents.

    • Teams are functional packages focused on specific outcomes: Marketing, Engagement, Admissions, and Student Success.

      • Teams can be purchased individually or in combination.

      • Element One is a discounted bundle that includes all teams for full platform access. Element One is a bundle, not a standalone package. Refer to each team for specific features.

  • Messaging (SMS, MMS, WhatsApp, voice) remains usage-based and draws from annual contract-provided credits.

  • Existing customers will be automatically mapped to the new structure. Current terms remain in place until renewal, when the contract will transition to per-student pricing.

Legacy Packages

Before May 2025, packages included Discover, Connect, Ignite, and Engage. These legacy plans bundled features differently from the new team-based structure described above.

Guidance for Legacy Customers

If you're currently on a legacy package (contracted before May 2025), such as Discover, Connect, Ignite, or Engage, here's what you need to know:

  • Your existing features and access will not change.

  • Legacy packages will be automatically mapped to the new team-based structure.

  • Your current contract terms and pricing will remain in effect until your next renewal. At renewal, you’ll transition to the new pricing model aligned with your team selections.

  • If you have questions about your package or would like to explore transitioning to a new package before renewal, reach out to your Account Manager.
