Released: August 20, 2025

We’ve enhanced Conversations with Bolt Analysis, powered by Bolt AI, to give you a clear view of conversation quality and actionable next steps. Alongside this launch, we’ve redesigned the right-hand sidebar, moving from tabs to collapsible sections for a cleaner, more intuitive experience.

Bolt Analysis for Conversations

Powered by Bolt AI, this new section surfaces insights that help you quickly understand the conversation and guide the student's next steps. It also highlights any unanswered questions and conversations that may need a staff follow-up.

Analysis Highlights

  • Experience Score (1-5): Overall measure of the interaction, with reasoning that highlights successes and any friction points. (1 = poor, 5 = excellent)

    • Inbox Filter: Use the new Experience Score filter in your conversation inbox to quickly identify interactions that need extra attention or recognize conversations that went especially well.

  • Summary: Concise recap of the conversation, including main topics, sentiment, tone, intent, and conversation type.

  • Recommended Actions: Suggestions for next steps designed to keep students engaged and progressing in their journey (when applicable).

  • Topics: Key themes discussed in the conversation, such as financial aid, admissions, application process, academic programs, etc.

  • Contextual AI Support: These analyses are also surfaced for Agents in Bolt Agent Jobs and Conversations, helping them better handle interactions and personalize responses in real time.

Availability + Access

Bolt Analysis for Conversations is exclusive to partners on Element451 AI Workforce packages.

  • Works Across All Conversations: Bolt Analysis is available for every conversation, regardless of whether an agent participated, as long as enough messages have been exchanged to provide context for analysis (3 for Messenger, 2 for Email/SMS/WhatsApp).

  • Migration for Past Conversations: Existing conversations from 2024-present have been migrated, so you can review the Bolt Analysis for past interactions immediately.

Sidebar Redesign

  • The conversation side panel has been updated from a tabbed layout to collapsible sections for easier navigation.

  • The sidebar has been updated for all partners. However, partners on a legacy package will not see the Bolt Analysis section.

With a holistic, Bolt AI–powered view of each conversation, you can instantly gauge interaction quality, understand sentiment and intent, and act on tailored next steps to keep students engaged, no matter where they are in the enrollment funnel. And because Bolt Analysis has been applied to your previous conversation history, you can immediately uncover insights from the last year to present conversations.
