Overview
Labels are a way to tag people or segments of people for the following purposes:
Easy sorting and organization
At-a-glance identification
Delivering customized content for communications, sites, and pages
Segments are groups of people with similar characteristics (location, for example) and/or who have done similar things via an Element451 module, e.g., started an application.
Apply a Label to a Segment
You can apply a label to every person in a segment with just a few steps:
Navigate to your segments from Contacts > Segments.
Find the segment you want to apply the label to and click the three vertical dots.
Click Add Labels.
Search and locate the label(s) you wish to add to the segment. Select as many as you want to apply to the segment.
Click Submit
Remove a Label from a Segment
Navigate to your segments from Contacts > Segments.
Find the segment you want to apply the label to and click the three vertical dots.
Click Remove Labels.
Search and locate the label(s) you wish to remove from the segment.
Click Submit
