Overview
Removing your Element451 + Zoom integration is straightforward and can be done from either platform. You'll only need to choose one method, and this guide walks you through both options.
Important: When you disconnect the Element451 and Zoom integration, any existing meeting links in Element451 events will be instantly removed, and you won't be able to link Zoom to future events. However, your existing meetings in Zoom will remain as-is.
Option 1: Using Element451
You can remove the Zoom integration using any event in your Events Module.
Navigate to Engagement > Events > All Events.
Edit any existing event or create a new event.
With the event open, navigate to Event Overview > Event Date(s).
Click on the Zoom button in the top right and click Logout.
This action will also remove the Element451 app from your Zoom account. You do not need to take a separate action in Zoom.
Option 2: Using Zoom App Marketplace
You can remove the Zoom + Element451 integration within the Zoom App Marketplace. Here are the steps:
Login to your Zoom account and navigate to the Zoom App Marketplace.
Under Added Apps, find Element451, and click Remove.
This action will immediately remove Zoom from any of your Element451 events. You do not need to take a separate action in Element451.
