Our security and compliance principles guide how we deliver our products and services, so you can securely access the digital world.

Element451 has proudly achieved SOC 2 Type II compliance in accordance with American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) standards for SOC for Service Organizations, also known as SSAE 18. Our security and compliance principles underpin all of our activities — from ensuring that new features and tools meet or exceed security requirements to providing comprehensive security training for our employees, to encrypting data, and conducting penetration testing to identify system vulnerabilities. This means that you and your community of students, parents, alumni, and others can feel confident that Element451 provides the highest level of security possible.

Secure Personnel

Element451 takes the security of both our data and our partners seriously. That’s why all our employees undergo strict background checks and sign confidentiality agreements. Plus, regular employee security training and testing ensure that we stay up-to-date and alert despite the ever-changing digital trends.

Secure Development

All of our new products, tools, and services, and major changes to existing ones, undergo a thorough design review to ensure that security requirements are incorporated into their development.

Secure Testing

We ensure the safety of the Element451 platform with rigorous testing both by internal security engineers and external penetration testing companies. With a real-world view of our products from multiple perspectives, you can breathe a sigh of relief.

Secure Cloud

Our cloud provides maximum security for your isolated data with encryption complying with SOC 2 standards for further protection. Our entire platform is also continuously monitored by dedicated, highly trained Element451 staff.
