BoltBot Skill: Team Member Handoff
Overview: BoltBot has been enhanced with a new skill: the ability to enable or disable team member handoff. This feature is particularly useful during extended university closures, like winter break, ensuring BoltBot remains a helpful resource without the need for staff intervention.
Details:
Handoff Control: This skill allows you to toggle the team member handoff feature on or off, depending on your needs or university's operational status.
Automated Responses: When handoff is disabled, BoltBot will provide students with contact information and guidance based on your Knowlege Base or, if enabled, assist in scheduling appointments using the Appointments Skill.
Benefit: This new skill enhances BoltBot's functionality, making it more adaptable to varied university schedules. It ensures uninterrupted student support, even during staff downtime, and maintains the personal connection between students and the university.
