New Features:

Enhanced Login Security

This update enables customizable sign-on and authentication options, including SAML2 Single Sign On, Element451, and Google, with optional 2FA for the Element451 local login. Institutions can select permitted login methods to meet their needs and preferences.

Conversation Enhancements

This update brings user profile creation from the Profile tab within the conversation, inbox filtering to show conversations where the student was the last to respond and the ability to translate inbound messages.

Campaign Visibility

The Campaign Visibility setting gives campaign administrators more control over which campaigns internal users can see by using a tag-based system.

HTML/Video Block

Advanced content options have been added to the Campaign Editor, allowing you to add your own HTML code and making video integration a more seamless and visual experience.

Holds Data Object

This update introduces a dedicated data object for student administrative hold data.

Settings UI

The General Settings page (Profile Picture > Settings > General) is the latest page within your instance to receive the Bolt UI upgrade.

BoltBot Skill: Team Member Handoff

BoltBot has been enhanced with a new skill: the ability to enable or disable team member handoff. This feature is particularly useful during extended university closures, like winter break, ensuring BoltBot remains a helpful resource without the need for staff intervention.
