Applications
Fixed: On the dashboard, when the status was in review, the font size was switched for the heading and message.
Improved: Element451 now evaluates custom rules before our standard submission prevention rules.
Fixed: The font color changed and became illegible when using the tab key to advance to the following field.
Fixed: When clicking on the Application Status button in the autoresponder message, the user was redirected to the application site to log in instead of being automatically logged in.
Fixed: When an application was withdrawn, some questions became editable, allowing resubmission.
Fixed: After completing the registration form, the application did not auto-populate the cell phone number.
Fixed: Some fields were left incomplete upon selecting the address during the search process.
Fixed: No error message was generated for invalid social security input.
Updated: If the institution collects the student's preferred name, that name will now display on the application dashboard/portal.
Appointments
Fixed: When an update was made to an appointment to change the admin, in some cases, the notification email contained the wrong admin name.
BoltBot
Fixed: The greeting was not displaying when starting a conversation when BoltBot was enabled.
Fixed: In some instances, the BoltBot avatar was not displaying correctly in the messenger preview.
Campaigns
Fixed: When clicking the "One-Time" hyperlink in the navigation, it redirected the user to the dashboard.
Conversations

Fixed: Conversations were scrolling on every new message, even if unrelated to the currently viewed conversation.
Data
Fixed: Displaying the wrong time/day when importing application data and using the "use client timezone" option.
Fixed: An error would occur when adding a reference data source with a code filter in courses.
Events
Fixed: When editing or previewing an event, an incorrectly formatted URL redirected to the dashboard.
Fixed: On an event form, registration was unavailable when using 'after' as the custom close date.
Fixed: When a high school attendee was added manually from the dashboard, their school information was not transferred to the student profile's schools card.
Fixed: The contact card was not removed from the event site if contact information was removed.
Forms
Fixed: Scrolling was required to see the thank you message when using a mobile device.
Fixed: RFI form confirmation emails displayed high school date in an unreadable format.
In-App Calling
Updated: Call forwarding now displays the caller's number as the caller ID instead of the institution's Element451 number.
Fixed: Calls initiated from the person profile header were not being added to the Conversations inbox.
Insights

Knowledge
Fixed: When adding custom answers, an error would sometimes occur.
New: You can now directly upload files to the Knowledge Base. For more info, click here.
People
Fixed: If HTML code was present, copying and pasting into a note could affect the usability of profile cards.
Fixed: Unable to remove a user's email address from the profile.
Updated: Added the ability to filter by Country Code in Phone (All Properties).
Fixed: When editing school card data on a person's record, changes would not change.
Workflows + Rules
New: When using the Workflow action, send communication, you can now schedule campaign emails to be sent at preferred times. For more info, click here.
New: We have added a trigger, Joined or Left Segment, to Workflows. This allows you to enroll people regardless of whether they joined or left the segment using a single Trigger. For more info, click here.
Improved: When searching for campaigns in workflow actions, the results will now be better matched to your search.
Fixed: The "repeatable" toggle was cut off when scheduling a rule.
