Application
Updated: Revised the same term/same major error message to be more apparent. "User has already registered the Application with the same Major and Term" has been changed to "Oops! It looks like you've already applied for this major and term. Please choose a different combination to proceed with your application." The new message has also been formatted to appear in red.
Updated: All Applications and Application Settings received the Bolt UI upgrade. Read the release notes here.
Fixed: When using conditional logic, where the dependent field was in a different section of the application, and multiple checkboxes were selected, the upload fields were hidden.
BoltBot
Fixed: In some cases, BoltBot attempted to schedule an appointment even if the skill was disabled.
Fixed:In some cases, BoltBot was unable to retrieve application information when asked about status.
Campaigns
New: A social element has been added to the campaign builder that contains social media icons to ensure they display as expected across various email clients.
Conversations
Fixed: The inbox left side UI was not displaying the last SMS sent or received with existing threads.
Fixed: After toggling on, the sentiment analysis feature failed to remain enabled.
Decisions
Fixed: The operator and condition fields could not be configured when editing IA rules.
Events
Fixed: The save button could not be seen when adding a hyperlink in an event description.
Forms
Fixed: When a file was uploaded using the audio/video field, it wouldn't appear on the documents profile card.
Knowledge Base
Fixed: When a new source was added, an error occurred.
People
Updated: Added Transcript Received Date to the school field grouping.
Fixed: When updating data in the Evaluation card, changes would not save.

Settings
Fixed: When the permission Access Events451 was enabled, it inadvertently provided access to Documents under Data and Automations.
Workflows & Rules
Fixed: Sometimes, a parameter error would occur when creating a rule.
Fixed: When running a workflow to create and assign tasks, the task would not get assigned.
Fixed: The changes were not saved when attempting to add a relative delay with an event constraint.
Updated: When configuring a workflow or rule action to create a milestone for Application Submitted or Application Started, it is now possible to scope the application to the milestone.
Updated: When configuring a workflow or rule action to create Application milestones, it is now possible to select the student type.
