Fixes and Improvements

Applications

  • Upgraded: Added a setting for customizing modal help text, enhancing user guidance during deposit or application fee payments. Release Notes β†—

  • Upgraded: Replaced the old Twitter logo with the updated X logo and updated the label to X.

  • Fixed: Resolved an issue where the deposit milestone was not being added to records after collecting a deposit payment.

  • Upgraded: Removed the initial fee notification dialogue for a more streamlined payment process when applications require a fee.

  • Fixed: Resolved an issue where supplemental form checklist items were not visible.

  • Fixed: Resolved an issue where dashboard cards (document and date cards) were not displaying even when user conditions were met.

BoltAI

  • Upgraded: Added 'career' as a new category in the Knowledge Base.

  • Fixed: Resolved an issue where BoltBot occasionally shared sign-up links for events without active sign-ups.

  • Fixed: Replaced the old Twitter logo with the updated X logo for Campaigns generated by Copilot.

  • Fixed: Addressed an issue where the search box disappeared if no search results were found, preventing users from modifying the search term without refreshing the page.

Campaigns

  • Fixed: Resolved an issue where SMS analytics were incorrectly recorded, ensuring all messages are now logged with accurate timestamps.

  • Upgraded: Replaced the old Twitter logo with the updated X logo and updated the label to X.

Conversations

  • Upgraded: Introduced tracking for WhatsApp activity separately, adding new filters for 'Failed WhatsApp,' 'Received WhatsApp,' and 'Undelivered WhatsApp' to enable more granular segmentation.

  • Fixed: Resolved an issue where image attachments were not visible in some inbound conversations.

Data

  • Fixed: Letters disappeared while typing in the search feature within majors in data sources.

  • Fixed: Resolved an issue where the selected scope was not being saved on an export task.

  • Fixed: Updated the Import + Export run history to display all runs instead of only the last 50.

  • Fixed: Resolved an issue with the 'Available For' setting not respecting multiple application selections when editing Major, Term, or Degree data sources.

  • Upgraded: The Insights Data Hygiene Dashboard now contains a table within the Error Report tab to help pinpoint the origins of data inaccuracies. Release Notes β†—

  • Upgraded: A new lookup model for Snowflake Share allows users to resolve Survey GUIDs to Survey names. Release Notes β†—

  • Upgraded: Improved the performance of the export process to prevent it from getting stuck and being canceled.

  • Upgraded: Enhanced the UI to display the specific reason for an import failure, aligning with the email notification details.

  • Upgraded: You can now evaluate or preview formulas with data from an existing contact before running an export task, ensuring accuracy and correctness in calculated columns. Release Notes β†—

  • Fixed: Resolved an issue in Snowflake source table that prevented reports from updating.

  • Upgraded: Removed legacy import/export options, streamlining access to the new Import + Export module via a single click from the Data + Automations menu.

  • New: Introduced ZeeMee ID as a new Identity type option.

Decisions

  • Fixed: The dashboard card did not accurately display the applications you've starred.

  • Fixed: Resolved an issue where clicking the pencil icon next to an existing decisions permission group did not trigger any action.

  • Upgraded: Renamed the "Tests & GPA" tab in Decision Settings to "Tests" to reflect its content accurately.

  • Fixed: Ensured supplemental forms were displayed only when the conditions set for the checklist were met.

Deduplication

  • Fixed: Corrected search functionality to ensure users with an apostrophe in their name populate correctly.

Events

  • Upgraded: Added a setting to deactivate the Messenger feature on the Events Site.

  • Fixed: Corrected inconsistencies in displayed event times between attendee event registration and actual event sign-up in specific cases.

  • Fixed: Resolved sporadic issues preventing the editing of event confirmation messages for certain events.

  • Fixed: Resolved an issue where changes to the campus information for event attendees were not being saved.

Forms

  • Upgraded: Accept payments directly through Forms, leveraging your existing integrated payment processor. Release Notes β†—

  • Upgraded: Introduced a "Simple form" option that bypasses the creation of a prospect milestone for each submission while retaining the original prospect forms for automatic prospect milestone creation. Release Notes β†—

  • Upgraded: Added a message on the thank you note for redirects post-form completion, addressing pop-up blockers or security features preventing automatic redirection: "If you aren't redirected automatically, visit {{URL_LINK}}."

  • Fixed: Resolved an issue causing 404: Page Not Found Errors on pages with embedded forms.

  • New: Upon completing a form, a snapshot of the submission is now automatically created and stored in the Form Submissions card on the contact's profile. Release Notes β†—

  • Fixed: Resolved an issue where Form Snapshots were missing certain data elements like cell phone and zip code from the form submissions.

General

  • Upgraded: Adjusted sub navigation behavior so that text and icons do not shift on hover or active states; icons now turn blue in active state, and the background is grey on hover.

Insights

  • New: Launched a new Payments Dashboard providing detailed analyses of payment trends, year-over-year comparisons, weekly changes, and demographic insights, with filters for customized data review. Release Notes β†—

  • Upgraded: Enhancements were made to the Insights Web Activities Dashboard: the addition of a new IP Address filter, enhanced conversion tracking for scheduled appointments and opened conversations, plus advanced visualization tools for form submissions. Release Notes β†—

  • Upgraded: We’ve renamed Insights Q to Bolt Insights, bringing it into our Bolt AI family. Continue to interact with your data models and gain actionable insights just as before, now under a new name that better reflects our evolving technology.

Microsites

  • Fixed: Users were unable to edit and save changes in microsite autoresponder messages.

  • Upgraded: Replaced the old Twitter logo with the updated X logo and updated the label to X.

  • Fixed: Corrected the event card display issue where the time icon was mistakenly placed next to the location and vice versa.

Packs

  • Upgraded: Replaced the old Twitter logo with the updated X logo and updated the label to X.

Pages

  • Upgraded: Replaced the old Twitter logo with the updated X logo and updated the label to X.

Payments

  • Upgraded: Expanded payment options to include Fixed, Conditional, Calculated, and User-defined types, catering to a variety of use cases such as dynamic pricing and donations. Release Notes β†—

  • Upgraded: Introduced the ability to apply discounts directly to all payments, enhancing flexibility across Applications, Deposits, Events, and Forms and replacing the Waiver Code feature. Release Notes β†—

  • Upgraded: The capability to set payment rules to $0 has been added to accommodate waivers and scenarios requiring total amount waivers.

  • Fixed: The '+ Add Payment Rule' button on the application fee configuration now correctly redirects to the payment rules.

  • Fixed: Corrected an issue where inactive payment rules could be bypassed, allowing submissions without payment.

  • Fixed: Resolved an issue where invalid data in the Formula payment type caused a blank Total and blocked progress in the payment step.

  • Upgraded: Added a 'Payment Dialog Title' setting to customize messages for application and deposit payments, accommodating various use cases, including refundable deposits.

  • Upgraded: Changed the error message for invalid discount codes to "Sorry, that discount code is not valid. Please try another one."

People

  • Upgraded: Exposed the user-activities-root fields for segment filtering.

  • Fixed: Addressed an issue where a date of inquiry milestone was created when manually adding a record; now, such milestones are only created if explicitly added to the form.

  • Upgraded: Added a "DOES NOT HAVE" option to the Hold (All Properties) filter.

  • Upgraded: Renamed "Jobs/Volunteering Activities" profile card and associated sidebar to "Extracurricular Activity" for consistency and clarity.

  • Upgraded: School emails in the contact info card are now formatted similarly to personal emails, with a new copy icon added.

  • Fixed: Ensured that columns of custom data fields were populated in segments even when a data source was not used.

  • Fixed: Resolved an issue where the deposit milestone was not being added to records after collecting a deposit payment.

  • Fixed: Corrected the 'is not' operator to filter results properly.

  • Fixed: Improved the accuracy of the segment filters 'Paid Application' and 'Paid Deposit' to ensure correct results.

  • Upgraded: Enabled filtering of start and end date properties when using the High School (All Properties) - user-education-schools-highschools.

  • Upgraded: Enabled filtering of data fields within the Extracurricular Activity (All Properties) - user-activity-root grouping.

Settings + Security

  • Fixed: Branding settings in the general settings were displayed as blank or empty.

  • Upgraded: Implemented a new global setting for discount code management in General Settings, offering enhanced control over code creation, applicability, expiration dates, and usage restrictions. Release Notes β†—

Workflow/Journeys Triggers, Export Formula Preview, + Form Snapshots

  • New Workflow/Journeys Triggers: Two new triggers have been introduced for Workflows and Journeys: Conversation Started: Phone Call and Document Uploaded. Partners utilizing our In-App Calling feature can now initiate a Workflow and Journey from a phone call, enhancing follow-up and engagement strategies. Students or internal users can also trigger workflows and journeys upon uploading documents, facilitating timely responses and actions.

  • Export Formula Preview: You can now evaluate or preview formulas with data from an existing contact before running an export task, ensuring accuracy and correctness in calculated columns.

  • Form Snapshots: Upon completing a form, a snapshot of the submission is automatically created and stored in the Form Submissions card on the contact's profile.
