New and Enhanced Features

Anonymous Conversations

We have introduced a new setting allowing anonymous conversations via SMS and email from numbers and addresses not in your contacts. This feature enhances communication flexibility by removing filters to permit messages from unknown contacts to be delivered to your inbox. Read the release notes.

Choose Primary, Secondary, or School Email in Conversations

When creating new email conversations, you can now select the recipient's email address (if more than one exists). This update provides more flexibility by allowing you to choose from primary, secondary, or school email addresses. Read the release notes.

Private Conversations

Private Conversations allow only the author, participants, and assignees (including Teams) to view a conversation. This feature ensures that sensitive information is only accessible to those directly involved. Read the release notes.

Visibility Groups for Conversations

Visibility Groups for Conversations utilize existing visibility groups to restrict access to conversations. This ensures that if someone lacks access to see a contact’s profile, they won’t be able to see their conversations. Read the release notes.

Event Self Check-In

Event self-check-in is a feature that allows event registrants to check themselves in, resulting in a more expedited check-in process and more efficient event management. Read the release notes.

Private Contact Notes

Introducing Private Notes: A new feature allowing internal users to add confidential notes to contact profiles with controlled visibility. This will enable you to maintain shared and confidential information within Element451, streamlining your workflow while respecting student privacy and internal processes. Read the release notes.

Enhanced Autoresponder Email Editor for Events + Applications

The email builder offers an intuitive interface similar to the one used in Campaigns. Use the upgraded builder to create custom and edit system event messages, as well as edit existing application autoresponder messages. Read the release notes.

Seat Limitations for Live Support

A new setting allows administrators to manage Element451 live support access for their users. This update transitions from universal access to a more controlled, seat-based system, enabling institutions to allocate their support resources more efficiently. Read the release notes.
