Overview

This bundled release introduces the Event Self Check-In feature, allowing seamless check-ins for event attendees, and enhances the Autoresponder Email Editor (for Events + Applications) by incorporating the advanced Email Builder found in Element451 Campaigns.

Event Self Check-In

Details

  • Email Notification: Sends an email to all registered contacts at a preconfigured time (hours/minutes before or after the event start time) with a check-in link.

  • Status Update: Checking in via the link will automatically mark the contact as โ€œattended.โ€

  • Customizable Confirmation: Configure a confirmation message or URL redirect upon successful check-in.

  • Event-Level Configuration: Check-in email send times and confirmation settings can be customized at the event level, providing greater flexibility.

Benefit

This feature streamlines the check-in process, ensuring accurate attendance tracking and enhancing the attendee experience through customizable confirmations.

Enhanced Autoresponder Email Editor for Events + Applications

Details

  • User-Friendly Email Builder: The email builder offers an intuitive interface similar to the one used in Campaigns. Use the upgraded builder to create custom and edit system event messages, as well as edit existing application autoresponder messages.

  • Pre-Loaded Templates: Default messages come with pre-loaded templates that can be edited to suit specific needs.

  • Switch Between Editors: When editing messages, internal users can choose between the legacy editor and the new email builder.

Benefit

The enhanced email editor provides a more intuitive and flexible way to create and customize autoresponder emails, improving the overall user experience.
