Applications + Decisions
Improved: Improved the application registration process for users with existing records but no password, with a new email verification feature, enhancing security and user experience. Read the release notes →
Fixed: Resolved an issue where the link in recommendation requests was non-functional.
Fixed: Resolved an issue where custom fields from the submission page were not displayed in the application preview after import and regeneration.
Fixed: Resolved the transcript field icon display issue to ensure it appears after a transcript is successfully uploaded, avoiding confusion about submission status.
Improved: Added the Classic Learning Test (CLT) to the list of available system tests.
Fixed: Resolved a bug in conditional logic on applications.
Fixed: Resolved an issue preventing the addition of payment rules to deposits.
Appointments
Fixed: Resolved an issue preventing students from viewing the availabilities of other individuals in the organization after selecting an availability.
Fixed: Resolved a malfunction of appointment status filters, including the "Attended Appointment" filter not showing any students.
Campaigns
Fixed: Resolved an issue where the HTML preview did not update when switching from a one-time campaign to an ongoing campaign, incorrectly displaying the previous campaign's content.
Data
Fixed: Resolved an issue where adding a Google Drive Connector failed to connect.
Fixed: Resolved an issue where exporting checklist items did not save the specified scope.
Fixed: Resolved an issue preventing the scheduling of recurring export tasks.
Fixed: Resolved an issue where you had to refresh to view columns in the mapping tab during SFTP import setup.
Improved: Enhanced the replace transformation feature by removing the requirement for a 'Replace value' during import/export operations.
Fixed: Resolved an issue where the "new connector" button was unresponsive when no existing connectors were present.
Improved: Added South Sudan to the phone country code list.
People
Improved: Added an "Updated user" activity to the profile activity card for enhanced tracking.
Settings
Improved: Added sorting functionality for Discount Codes.
Fixed: Resolved an issue where condition segment filters were not displaying in payment rules.
Surveys
Fixed: Resolved a display issue for minimum and maximum rating labels in Surveys.
Fixed: Resolved an issue where changing the opacity caused pictures to disappear from surveys, despite appearing in settings.
Fixed: Resolved an issue where the toggle button lacked a blue fill when active, causing it to appear entirely white.
Tasks
Improved: Added "Type" as a new option for bulk Task changes along with Status, Priority, and Assignee.
Improved: Introduced a "view profile" link for related contacts on the task viewing page.
Workflows + Rules
Fixed: Resolved an issue where properties set by rules did not record on the workflow card or activity feed despite user completion.
