Applications
Fixed: Supplemental forms wouldn't submit if a required question was hidden due to conditional logic.
Fixed: In some cases, if a student completed both an RFI form and an application using the same school information, it would result in duplicate school entries in the student's profile.
Fixed: In some cases, the emergency contact information was not visible on the generated PDF.
Appointments
Fixed: When merging a record with an appointment into a record without one, the appointment was not carried over.
Updated: BoltBot now uses an algorithm to prevent overbooking a user when scheduling an appointment.
Fixed: When interacting with BoltBot to schedule an appointment, users were sometimes offered a date/time that was unavailable.
Updated: If a user's imported calendar failed to load, BoltBot would allow students to book appointments with that person. We'll now show no availability until that user fixes their calendar.
Fixed: When saving the appointment to a calendar from the confirmation email, the location did not save.
Updated: Removed the staff login link from the appointment student confirmation email footer.
Fixed: In some cases, appointments were still assigned to internal users who were in inactive status.

Events
New: Added the ability to self-manage event domains (Engagement > Events > Event Settings > Domains)
New: When sending a message in Events, you can now select any of the repeatable dates within a repeatable date event instead of only the first one.
In-App Calling
Fixed: When clicking the profile CTA button "Call In-App," Element451 attempted to open the computer's default phone application instead of using the in-app calling feature.

New: Added Sender Domain Authentication, a self-service tool (Settings > General > Sender Domain Authentication) that allows administrators to add domains for sending emails from Element451 and viewing the current configuration.
New: An SSO Authentication self-service tool (Settings > Manage Users > Security) was added, allowing administrators to manage their SAML/SSO settings.
Fixed: The active surveys table on the Surveys dashboard was missing pagination at the bottom.
Workflows
Fixed: In some cases, when attempting to set the property of an action while configuring a workflow, the update would not save.
Fixed: Error occurred when using the Set Milestone - Withdrawn action with the Withdraw Reason set to Enrollment Withdrawal.

Ask the Copilot to summarize a student record or catch you up on your tasks. Copilot can even assist in completing your work by drafting communications, suggesting next steps, developing outreach strategy, and so much more.

Templates can be applied when creating tasks manually or automatically via Rules + Workflows, ensuring uniformity and saving valuable time.
