Introducing Private Notes: A new feature allowing internal users to add confidential notes to contact profiles with controlled visibility.
With Private Notes, you'll have the flexibility to maintain both shared and confidential information within Element451, streamlining your workflow while respecting student privacy and internal processes.

New 'Private' toggle: When adding a note to a contact's profile, users can now select if the note should be private.
Selective sharing: After toggling a note to private, users can search and select specific individuals or teams to grant access to the note.
Convert existing notes: Public notes can be converted to private notes through the Notes profile card.
Controlled visibility: Private notes are visible only to the author and selected individuals or teams, ensuring targeted information sharing.
The View All Notes permission allows users to access all notes, regardless of privacy settings.
