Release Notes: Recipients Tab in Campaigns

We’ve added a new “Recipients” tab to the Campaigns feature, providing detailed insights into the actions of each contact who received the campaign. This enhancement allows for easier tracking and management of recipient activity.
Details
Recipients Tab: View the full list of contacts that received a specific campaign.
Action Filters: Filter recipients by specific actions, including:
All Actions: Shows all recipients and their actions.
Clicked link in SMS: See who clicked a link within an SMS.
Delivered SMS: Identify successfully delivered SMS messages.
Undelivered SMS: Track SMS messages that weren’t delivered.
Bounced Email: See which emails failed to reach recipients.
Clicked link in email: Monitor who clicked on email links.
Complaint email: Identify emails marked as spam by recipients.
Delivered email: View emails successfully delivered.
Opened email: See which recipients opened the email.
Unsubscribed from email: Track recipients who unsubscribed.
Profile Quick Access: Click the eye icon next to any recipient to open their profile for more detailed information.

This enhancement provides deeper insights into recipient behavior, allowing you to better understand and optimize your Campaigns. With the ability to filter by specific actions and quickly access recipient profiles, managing and analyzing Campaign performance has never been easier.
