Appointment Availability Enhancement
Overview: We have released an enhancement to our Appointments module, offering increased control and flexibility to users with the Administer Appointments permission. This update empowers designated users to manage and adjust availability settings throughout your institution.
Details:
View All Availability: Instantly access and review availability options for all users within your institution.
Edit Availability: Modify any aspect of an availability, such as appointment type scheduling conditions, weekly hours, and notifications. The only exception is the assignee, which remains fixed.
Delete Availability: Keep your booking page clean and up-to-date by removing unnecessary availability.
Share Availability Links: Copy and distribute direct URLs to specific availability, simplifying the process of setting up meetings with students and staff.
