YouTube Knowledge Base Sources
We are excited to introduce two new source types for our Knowledge Base: YouTube Video and YouTube Channel. These enhancements allow you to integrate YouTube content directly into your Knowledge Base, enabling BoltAI 
to leverage video transcripts for improved support and guidance through BoltBot and Copilot.
Details
YouTube Video: Add a single public or unlisted YouTube video URL to your Knowledge Base.
YouTube Channel: Add a channel handle to pull all public and unlisted videos from that channel. Then, select specific videos to include in your Knowledge Base.
Transcript Utilization: BoltAI reads and processes the video transcript, making all spoken content within the video accessible for queries and assistance through BoltBot or Copilot.
