📢 🤖 We are excited to announce the release of several new feature enhancements to our advanced AI-powered tools, Bolt Copilot and BoltBot. Just in time for back-to-school, these enhancements will continue revolutionizing how you communicate and engage with students.

Bolt Copilot


Bolt Copilot for Campaigns

Now you can create campaigns with Copilot! Just tell Copilot what you need, and it will use BoltAI and Packs to do the rest. Here are three example prompts:

1️⃣ Create a drip campaign for prospects for next semester. Drive them to apply. Personalize based on major.

2️⃣ Create an email campaign promoting a welcome brunch to be held next month.

3️⃣ Create a nurture campaign for new prospects, spanning over 10 weeks. The goal is to drive them to apply.

We've also improved Bolt Copilot for Conversations, Pages, and the Campaign editor by expanding its capabilities, including:

  • Spelling & Grammar: Eliminate any spelling or grammar errors from your conversation replies with just a click of a button.

  • Language Translation: Easily translate your conversations into 10 different languages.

  • Headline Generation for Pages: Use the power of AI to help you generate headlines for your pages by using keywords to describe the content.

BoltBot


  • Custom Answers: Create predetermined question and answer pairs for your most frequently asked and important questions. BoltBot will prioritize custom answers before creating its own response from other Knowledge Base sources.

To add custom answers:
Data + Automation > Knowledge > + New Source > Custom Answers

  • Multi-Channel Support: Use BoltBot to communicate with students around the clock through your SMS, email, and live chat channels.

  • Display Knowledge Base Source: BoltBot's reply can include the source URL from your knowledge base to give the student more context and additional resources.

  • Chatbot Skills: BoltBot can now help students complete actions or tasks, such as starting an application or checking their application status.

  • Limit Email/SMS Channels to a Segment: If enabled, BoltBot will exclusively respond to individuals within these segments on email and SMS channels.
    💡Pro tip: Use this feature to do some testing before turning the feature on for your students.

To access these new BoltBot settings:
Engagement > Conversations > Settings > Chatbot

  • Increased Response Time: BoltBot is now faster than ever before, responding almost twice as quickly as it did before.
