Overview
On a Journey’s page, you can review which contacts have been enrolled in the Journey via the established triggers and view details about their progress. Additionally, you can manually add individual contacts or segments of contacts to the Journey.
Accessing Journey Enrollees
Navigate to Data + Automations > Journeys > All Journeys.
Locate the Journey you wish to view and click on its name.
From the Journey page, click on Enrolled People from the left-hand menu.
Reviewing + Managing Enrolled People
In the Enrolled People section, you can view a table listing all contacts enrolled in the Journey. The table includes columns that provide the following details about each contact’s progress through the Journey:
Current Status: Indicates whether the contact is active, completed, or exited.
Journey Started Date: The date the contact was enrolled in the Journey.
Journey Completed Date: The date the contact completed the Journey.
Journey Exited Date: The date the contact exited the Journey.
Last Step Completed: The most recent step the contact has finished.
Filtering List
Next to the total count of people enrolled in the Journey, there is a drop-down field. Select this field to filter the list by step, allowing you to see which contacts are at each specific stage. By default, the filter is set to All Steps to provide a comprehensive overview.
Removing a Contact from a Journey
To remove an enrolled contact from a Journey, click the trashcanicon next to their name. You will be asked to confirm your action.
Manually Enrolling Contacts in a Journey
You can manually enroll contacts in a Journey individually or by segment. Continue reading to explore the processes for both methods below.
If you want the Journey to evaluate past activities (activities that happened prior to Journey enrollment), ensure the “Past Activities” setting is enabled in the Journey settings.
The Journeys Module is only available with the Element Ignite and Engage packages.
