Learn about Journey Analytics: visualize steps with bar charts and gain insights on enrollment, completion, and activity trends.

Overview

Once you have created a Journey, it has a dedicated page where you can monitor its analytics. By utilizing Journey Analytics, you can gain valuable insights into the performance and progress of your Journeys.

Accessing Journey Analytics

  1. Data + Automations > Journeys > All Journeys.

  2. By default, you are taken to the Analytics screen; however, you can access it from the left-hand menu.

The Journey Analytics section is broken down into two visuals, Journey Steps and Insights, which we'll explain below.


Journey Steps

The Journey Steps section visualizes each step of the Journey with a bar chart. It displays the total number and percentage of participants who have completed each step within the Journey.


Insights

The Insights section provides a detailed breakdown of the following information:

  • Enrolled All-Time: Total number of people who have been enrolled.

  • Active Now: Number of people currently enrolled in the Journey who have not yet completed or exited.

  • Completed All-Time: Total number of people who have completed the Journey, along with the percentage of the total enrolled.

  • Exited All-Time: Total number of people who have exited the Journey, along with the percentage of the total enrolled.

  • Enrollments Over Time: A calendar heat map of your enrollment history.

The Journeys Module is only available with the Element Ignite and Engage packages.
