Overview
We’ve introduced a “Post-Admit” toggle for Decision Checklist Items, enabling the display of specific checklist items after admission decisions are released. This enhancement supports partners utilizing direct admissions models that require document collection post-decision.
Details
A new “Post-Admit” toggle is now available for individual checklist items. This setting can be found under the General tab when adding or editing a checklist item.
Designed for partners who release admission decisions before collecting all required documents, such as transcripts, immunizations, or program-specific requirements.
Benefit
This update allows partners to continue using checklists effectively in direct admissions or similar workflows by keeping certain checklist items visible post-decision, supporting more flexible document collection timelines.
