Overview
We’ve introduced a “Post-Admit” toggle for Decision Checklist Items, allowing specific checklist items to remain visible to applicants even after admission decisions are released. This enhancement is especially beneficial for direct admissions models that require additional document collection after a decision is made.
Details
A new “Post-Admit” toggle is now available for individual checklist items. When adding or editing a checklist item, this setting is under the General tab.
By default, checklist items disappear from the applicant’s view once an admission decision is released, regardless of their status. Enabling the Post-Admit toggle ensures the checklist item remains visible after the decision release, allowing applicants to continue viewing and completing the requirement.
This feature is designed for workflows where decisions are released before collecting all required documents, such as transcripts, immunizations, or program-specific forms.
