Pricing
All partners using the AI Workforce Admissions Team receive unlimited Transcript Evaluation Agent usage through December 31, 2025. Element451 may introduce an included usage cap in the future as we evaluate feature usage and patterns.
Older Transcripts
Bolt AI Transcript Evaluation is available for newly uploaded transcripts attached to school records, as well as newly added documents assigned a document type configured for AI Transcript Evaluation.
Element451 will also run a batch process to evaluate older transcripts added to schools after September 1, 2025. This process is scheduled to begin November 14, 2025 and take 1-2 weeks to complete as we scale processing.
The Transcript Evaluation Agent saves valuable staff time and ensures consistent, data-driven insights into academic performance. By automatically evaluating transcripts, admissions teams can make faster, more informed decisions and identify trends across applicants with ease.
