We're excited to introduce the all-new Student Success Insights Dashboard — a dedicated space for tracking enrollment trends, monitoring course-level performance, and identifying at-risk students before they fall through the cracks.
This dashboard brings together key academic and enrollment metrics to give academic affairs, advising, and student success teams a clear picture of how students are progressing across terms and courses, and where early intervention may be needed.
Access: Find the Student Success dashboard by navigating to Data + Automations > Insights > Student Success
Permissions: Users will need the Access Student Success Dashboard permission enabled to view this dashboard. This can be configured in Manage Users > Permission Groups.
Global Filters: Apply filters for date range, campus, subject, course title, territory, student type, active major, term, instructor, instruction type, and course section
Students Tab
Enrollment Metrics: Track total students enrolled, students enrolled in courses, enrollment records per student, and courses per student
Enrollment Trends: View cumulative enrollments by term and see enrollment breakdowns by major, student type, or territory using the Student Dimension selector
Performance Overview: Review per-course student performance including absences, current grades, and final grades to surface at-risk patterns across your student population

Course Metrics: Monitor total course enrollments, courses with enrollments, and student enrollment per course section
Enrollment Breakdown: See enrollment distribution by subject, top and bottom course sections for enrollment, and enrollment trends over time
Comparison Terms: Compare enrollment data across multiple terms side by side
Drill-down by Dimension: Switch between course section, course title, and instructor views to pinpoint where students are struggling and which courses may need additional support
The Student Success Insights Dashboard gives you a comprehensive, data-driven view of student enrollment and academic performance across your institution. With actionable insights into enrollment trends, course-level outcomes, and student progress, your team can proactively identify at-risk students, optimize course offerings, and demonstrate the impact of student success initiatives.
