Nudge Invite Email Templates Use and Installation

Nudge email templates are useful for encouraging users to complete a specific action, such as filling out a form or survey, completing a checklist step in an application, or scheduling an appointment with an admissions counselor. Within the Packs library, we have several styles and content types so users can find a template that fits any use case.

Installing email templates is easy and can be repeated as many times as youโ€™d like. Upon installation, the email templates are branded to your institution. You can customize the style and content of the email templates as you see fit.

These templates can be used for one-time or ongoing communications campaigns.

  1. Navigate to the Packs library at Data + Automations > Packs > Library.

  2. Select the nudge email template use case:

    • Alert banner without image: Brief, can be used to send out a notification without requiring an image for the design. Includes space for posting updates in an alert banner, such as an upcoming deadline.

    • Alert banner with quote and image: Provides a space for an image and quote. Also includes space for posting updates in an alert banner, such as an upcoming deadline.

    • Content list: Useful for including several links or checklist steps.

    • Simple note with signature: This can be used to personalize the email, for example, a letter directly from a director of admissions.

For each of these, you can choose a design style (commons, quad, or library) and (light or dark).

  3. Once installed, the email template is now available under Engagement > Campaigns > Templates.
