Newsletter Email Templates Use and Installation
These email templates can be used to send out e-newsletters directly from Element. They are modular and customizable. The templates use components recently added to our email builder, replacing a function for many users that are often managed outside of Element by another provider, such as Constant Contact or Mailchimp.
Installing email templates is easy and can be repeated as many times as you’d like. Upon installation, you’ll see that the templates are branded to your institution. You can further customize the style and content of the email template, adding or removing components to suit the needs of your newsletter.
These templates can be used for one-time or ongoing communications campaigns.
Navigate to the Packs library at Data + Automations > Packs > Library.
Select Newsletter Email Templates Pack.
For each of these, you can choose a design style (commons, quad, or library) and (light or dark).
Once installed, the email template is now available under Engagement > Campaigns > Templates.
