Overview

We are constantly adding new types of email templates to our Packs Library. These templates blend design best practices with common use cases while including your brand assets every time you install them.

Packs Tokens

To use any Pack in the Library, you must first set up your Packs Tokens (usually done during implementation). Learn more about installing Packs Tokens.

Event Invite Email Templates Use and Installation

Installing email templates is easy and can be repeated as many times as you’d like.

Navigate to the Packs library at Data + Automations > Packs > Library

Then select the event invite email template use case:

  • Custom illustration/pattern

    • Simple, includes a calendar illustration or a background pattern depending on the style you select.

  • No image needed

    • Straightforward templates you can use for events where you may not have an image to include.

  • Includes campus photo

    • These have a space for an image. Great for events where you have a photo to include.

For each of these, you can choose a design style (commons, quad or library) and (light or dark).

Once installed, the email template is now available under Engagement > Campaigns > Templates.

You’ll see that the email templates are branded to your institution upon installation. You can further customize the style and content of the email template as you see fit.

You can use these for events on the Element platform or for an event you may be hosting externally, such as on your institutional website. For events on the Element platform, you can use event tokens to import fields from your existing events into these emails. Learn more about using tokens.

These templates can be used for one-time or ongoing communications campaigns.
