Contact Tasks
Assign To-Do Items: Directly assign tasks to contacts, helping track and manage responsibilities.
Centralized Task Management: Contact tasks are managed within the Tasks Module and can be pushed to students’ devices via StudentHub.
Customizable Options: Create custom statuses, types, and priorities specific to contact types, separate from internal tasks.
Support for Templates + Sub-Tasks + Subscribers: Use task templates, add sub-tasks, and assign subscribers for streamlined task management.
Self-Completion: Allow students to mark tasks as complete themselves, promoting accountability and engagement.
Automation: Use workflows or rules to automate task creation, simplifying administrative processes.
Push Notifications
Real-Time Updates: Use the Campaigns Module to send important updates, task reminders, and real-time information directly to students’ devices.
Personalized Messaging: Like other campaigns, push notifications support tokens for personalizing messages, versions for targeted audience segments, and flexible delivery options, including on-time and ongoing send formats.
Automation: Use workflows or rules to automate push notifications for timely, efficient communication.
Network
Personalized Support Network: Connect students to their designated support network of staff and faculty, clearly defined by roles.
Student Access to Connections: Students can easily view their assigned support network within the Resources section of StudentHub.
Staff Access to Connections: Staff members can view a student’s support network through a dedicated profile card on the Contact’s Profile.
