In preparation for the release of Real-Time Voice for AI Assistants, we’ve made important changes to how in-app phone call conversations are threaded. These updates are designed to provide a more streamlined and organized experience for managing calls.

Threading
Phone calls are no longer grouped by inbound/outbound number pairs.
Instead, each call now has an independent thread.
Because each call has its own thread, you can now mark calls as private, keeping information secure and confidential.
Calls will stream live into conversations, with transcription by speaking segment.
