We’ve introduced several improvements to make reviewing and managing Bolt Agent jobs faster and more flexible. These updates include inline editing for messages, bulk approval actions, and a new dedicated agent page for easier navigation.
Inline Editing in Approvals
Make inline edits to email and SMS messages before approving.
Email editing:
Update the subject line and message body.
Highlight text to edit or apply formatting (e.g., bold, italics, links).
SMS editing:
Update the message body.
Click into the text box of the message in the approval stage and start typing to make changes.
Bulk Approval Actions
Review and act on multiple approvals at once.
Toggle between Single View and Bulk View in approvals.
Use multi-select to approve, reject, or provide feedback on multiple approvals at once.
Dedicated Agent Pages
Bolt Agents now have their own dedicated pages for reviewing and editing.
Each page includes a menu with “My Approvals” and “Jobs”—both scoped to that agent, so you can see what’s tied to them specifically.
Bulk View is also available within an agent’s approval page.
These updates give you more control and efficiency when managing Bolt Agent Jobs and related approvals. Whether you need to make a quick edit, act on multiple approvals at once, or drill into activity for a specific agent, these new tools streamline your workflow and reduce review time.
