Overview Header

A new enhancement to Event Sites allows partner schools to create and manage multiple event sites within Events. Each site can be independently branded and configured, enabling institutions to support different audiences, programs, or event types with tailored experiences. For example, undergraduate admissions, graduate admissions, and student activities can each have their own branded URL with events curated specifically for their audiences.

Each site can be customized with its own logo, navigation menu, header, and footer to align with the specific audience or purpose of the site. Events that appear on each event site are controlled through configurable event category and event type filters in the site settings, giving administrators precise control over which events are displayed where.

  • Multiple event sites can now be created and managed by partners within Events.

  • Independent site branding allows each event site to have its own logo, menu items, headers, and footers.

  • Event filtering controls determine which events appear on each site using event category and event type filters configured in site settings.

  • Events can appear on more than one site based on filtering settings.

  • Event Series and Feature Events are also now scoped to specific sites.

  • Audience-specific event sites allow schools to organize events for different audiences such as undergraduate prospects, graduate applicants, athletics attendees, current student clubs/organizations and more.

  • Removed Preview & QR codes from main event listing.

  • Expanded Events usage supports broader event management strategies by enabling multiple customized event sites within a single platform.

  • Each current partner now has a default site which copies all their settings from their old single site. All events are available here and will allow seamless transition for the update.

March 19, 2026 Update: We've restored the ability to preview sites and download site QR codes directly from the All Events listing page. The interface has also been updated to support this functionality for multiple sites easily.

This update gives you greater flexibility in how you organize and present events. By creating multiple branded event sites with targeted event listings, schools can provide clearer and more relevant event experiences for different audiences. This improves event discoverability, reduces confusion for registrants, and allows teams across campus to manage and promote events more effectively within the same system.
