Now attach your school's team inboxes to Element451. Whether a student replies to you at your admissions@ or an Element conversation, all of those replies can now be stored and found in Element451.
Having multiple inboxes gives you the ability to pick which email address you want to send an email from. The benefit of this is giving you the option to use work or personal email to send messages from or forward to.

Outlook or Outlook Group Set Up
Important: Only emails that match an existing record in Element451 will be forwarded to Element451's Conversations and attached to the student record. There has to be a matching email for the email to be forwarded to Element451. If the message does not match a student record, it does not store the message in Element451.
Inboxes can also be utilized for SMS messages as well, through Element phone numbers (excluding shortcodes).
Forwarding can be tested prior to set up completion.
Filters in Google and Outlook can be utilized to prevent specific emails from being forwarded to Element, ie. internal college or university emails.
