Our partners love Element451's Tasks module. So we gave Tasks a bit more love. On January 11, 2023, Tasks joined Conversations and People Profiles with a full Bolt overhaul.

Centered around our Bolt UI and our core product principles—Productivity, Personalization, Intelligence & Connectivity—Bolt Tasks brings new features and more power to help you get more done in less time.

Key Features:

  • Custom Statuses: Beyond complete and incomplete, you can configure as many custom statuses as you like. Mapped to status types (To Do, In Progress, or Done), custom statuses provide more flexibility for more complex organizations.

  • Priorities: Define custom priorities to further direct work. Low, Medium, High. One, Two, Three. You set the priorities that make sense for your organization.

  • Queues: Set conditions to build dynamic to-do lists. Think of Queues as folders and filters combined to elevate your work to the next level.

  • Sub-Tasks: Build relationships between tasks to understand complex, multi-part issues better.

  • Multiple Assignees: Assign more than one person to a task.

  • Subscribers: Be in the know, even when a task isn't assigned to you.

  • Task Mode: A playlist of today's tasks. Navigate across Element451 and always keep sight of the task at hand.

  • and MORE.

What to Expect:

All Task data was successfully migrated overnight on January 10th.

Existing Workflows that use the "create task" action will continue to function without interruption.

January 13, An updated Tasks Performance Dashboard will be deployed to the Insights Module with a complete data refresh. The current dashboard may display out-of-date metrics from January 11 through January 13.
