Insights, Element451’s embedded suite of analytics dashboards, has seen a number of improvements this year, and many more are yet to come.

✨ New Management Dashboard

This month we are happy to announce the release of another enhanced dashboard. The Management dashboard visualizes how your campus team members use modules in Element451, like Tasks, Notes, Conversations, and Decisions.

We're also happy to announce some improvements to dashboard you already know and love.

Tasks Performance

With individual team member performance now being centralized in the Management dashboard, the purpose of the Tasks Performance dashboard will shift. You will no longer be able to view team member names or position titles in filters or visualizations. Team visualizations and filters will still be available.

This change will empower managers to share visibility into Tasks Performance with their Teams without revealing individual performance.

Campaigns

You spoke and we listened! The Campaigns dashboard has been completely restructured to better accommodate the way in which Element451 partner schools are using it. Here are some of the highlights:

  • A new data model based on 'Sent Date'. The prior model was based on event date, be that sent, opened or clicked. This would occasionally create unexpected results in some visualizations, where sent count would be lower than open and click counts. While counts were technically correct according to the time parameters, the unexpected results were confusing. The new model, basing all counts on sent date, will create better visualization results and a better experience.

  • New tab structure. The dashboard is now structured across two tabs, Email and SMS. This new structure better reflects the way in which Element451 partners think about Campaign performance.

Accessing Insights

Remember, with Unlimited Readers, Element451 administrators can share Insights dashboards with as many users as they like at no additional charge. And since each dashboard has its permissions, access can be mixed and matched.
