Improved Task Notification Experience
Overview: We are excited to announce an enhancement to the Tasks Module that significantly improves how Subscribers are notified about task updates. This enhancement is designed to keep your team better informed and aligned on the progress and critical changes of tasks within the platform.
Task Assignees are treated as subscribers and are also notified when someone else updates an assigned task.
Details:
Notification Triggers: Notification emails are now triggered by updates to the task's status or priority and when new notes are added.
Subscription Process: When editing a task, add or manage Subscribers directly within the task side sheet.
Benefit: This enhancement provides your team with timely updates, ensuring everyone involved is promptly informed about important changes. By broadening the scope of notifications and refining the subscription process, we aim to facilitate better collaboration, task management, and overall productivity within your institution.
