We’ve introduced several enhancements to Tasks, including immediate notifications for urgent deadlines, streamlined task subscriber management, expanded bulk update options, and quick access to related contact profiles.

Receive immediate email notifications whenever tasks assigned to you are created with or updated to have a due date within the next 24 hours, ensuring timely alerts about time-critical tasks.

You can now add task subscribers at the time of task creation, either manually or via workflow, and to task templates, eliminating the need to edit tasks later to include subscribers.

The “Type” field has been added as an option for bulk Task changes, in addition to Status, Priority, and Assignee.

The task side sheet now features a “view profile” link for the “related to” contact, allowing you to quickly open and view the contact’s profile.
