Overview
We have released new security enhancements to protect you and your data by ensuring that only active and authorized accounts can access your instance. Additionally, we have introduced dedicated Bolt Discovery permissions to give you more control over access to this feature.
Automatic Deactivation of Internal Users
This feature automatically deactivates user accounts that have been inactive for 90 days, requiring admin reactivation to ensure that only authorized users regain access.

Automatic Deactivation: User accounts that have been inactive for 90 days will be automatically deactivated.
Admin Reactivation: Deactivated accounts will require an admin to re-activate them, ensuring that only authorized users regain access.

Dedicated Bolt Discovery Permissions
We have added two new permissions for the Bolt Discovery feature, allowing you to control access to both its settings and threads.
Details
Administer Bolt Discovery: Allows access to Bolt Discovery settings.
Access Bolt Discovery: Allows access to Bolt Discovery threads.
These permissions can be added to your custom permission groups for better access control.
