Issue Summary:
Some Element451 users are experiencing failed export tasks when using Google Drive Connectors. Our investigation shows that this is caused by Google’s API returning a 429 Too Many Requests error during data exports.

Why Does This Happen?
The 429 error means that Google is limiting the number of requests due to excessive activity. This occurs when too many requests are made to your Google Drive within a given time frame, either from our system or from other services linked to your Google account. Recently, Google has adjusted these rate limits, which is causing more frequent errors.

Who Is Affected?
This issue is not just impacting Element451. This global issue is the result from a recent change by Google and is affecting thousands of platforms that integrate with Google Drive, including PowerBI, Quicksights, Make, and Zapier.

What is Next?
We are actively monitoring the situation and following updates issued by Google for a resolution. While this issue is being addressed, we recommend using an alternative connector/delivery method for both scheduled and one-off export jobs. Thank you for your patience as we work through this challenge together.
