On October 21, 2024, Element451 experienced reduced system performance due to issues with one of our network layers. This layer is primarily responsible for caching data to improve speed and system efficiency. When this layer began underperforming, several operations were noticeably affected, including:
Logging in
Loading segment filters
Loading data source items
Event occurrences
These disruptions were caused by one of our infrastructure partners, and we worked quickly to restore full system performance.
While there is no evidence that data imports or exports were impacted, we recommend that Element451 admins review scheduled import and export jobs from October 21 and October 22. Please check if any jobs were canceled or stuck in a running state due to extended runtimes.
