Fixes and Improvements

Applications + Decisions

  • Improvement

    • Updated the deposit modal title text to display “Pay Deposit” instead of “Pay Deposit Fee.”

  • Fixed

    • Resolved an issue where conditional checklist items were not promptly marked complete due to missing triggers for checklist evaluation when user data was updated via import or activity-based actions like form payments.

    • Resolved an issue where the ‘Deposit Unique to Registration’ setting did not correctly require a new deposit for applicants readmitted in a future term after not enrolling previously.

    • Resolved an issue where the UI allowed “Release” to be used as a condition in IA rules, despite rules being unable to update decisions after release.

    • Resolved an issue where rate limit errors during high-traffic application periods incorrectly displayed an “account already exists” message, temporarily expanding the rate limit while planning a future improvement.

    • Added a ‘re-run’ feature to the Bolt Fraud Detection Agent and improved the reasoning text displayed in the side panel for failed evaluations.

    • Resolved an issue where the ‘Submit’ button did not appear after entering a check number when selecting “Pay by Check” on the application fee dialog.
