πΌ Case Management Updates (Closed Beta)
Case Management continues to expand in closed beta with four updates releasing this cycle. Segments can now be filtered using alert and case data, and objects across Element451 (tasks, conversations, appointments, and documents) can be related to cases directly from their source modules. Two new workflow triggers and actions connect Case Management to the platform-wide Workflows module, enabling cross-platform automation. Alert and case templates are also now available to streamline repetitive creation. Stay tuned for more updates around general available which is slated for late summer.
π§ Campaigns Index Page Redesign
The Campaigns index page has been redesigned to align with the look and feel of other modules in Element451. The update introduces a new left sidebar with two sections: Folders, a new organizational feature, and Tags, now self-managed directly from the sidebar. The previous multi-table layout, where each campaign status had its own separate table, has been replaced by a single unified table with toggle-based filtering. Search and pagination are available on both one-time and ongoing campaign types.
π Document Permissions Updates
We've expanded the Documents permission model to give admins fine-grained control over how team members can access and manage documents. This update replaces the previous all-or-nothing access model with a flexible permission structure.
π±SMS Campaign Messages in Conversations and Bolt Context
When students reply to an SMS campaign, staff and Bolt AI agents previously had no visibility into what originally prompted the response. Short replies like "yes" or "no" arrived without context, making it difficult to follow up accurately. Two related improvements now address this: when a reply starts a conversation, the originating campaign is surfaced in the conversation header, and Bolt agents can reference that campaign message when responding.
π§ Import + Export Email Notification Update
We have updated the email notification behavior for Import and Export job failures by removing the fallback notification that was previously sent to the task creator. Email notifications for Import and Export errors are now only sent to recipients explicitly configured within the job notification settings. This ensures that alerts are delivered to the appropriate audience without unintended or redundant notifications.
π― New ACT Composite Score (No Science) Field
This update introduces a new Composite Score (No Science) field for both individual ACT test records and superscores, giving institutions a way to align with ACT's current standard while retaining all score data on file for prerequisite and institutional use.
π» Configurable SSO User Matching for External Users
This update introduces a new External SSO User Matching setting in Settings > Manage Users > Security, allowing administrators to choose the specific identity attribute used to match users during SSO authentication. The setting defaults to email matching, preserving existing behavior for all current configurations.
