When students reply to an SMS campaign, staff and Bolt AI agents previously had no visibility into what originally prompted the response. Short replies like "yes" or "no" arrived without context, making it difficult to follow up accurately. Two related improvements now address this: when a reply starts a conversation, the originating campaign is surfaced in the conversation header, and Bolt agents can reference that campaign message when responding.
We have updated the email notification behavior for Import and Export job failures by removing the fallback notification that was previously sent to the task creator. Email notifications for Import and Export errors are now only sent to recipients explicitly configured within the job notification settings. This ensures that alerts are delivered to the appropriate audience without unintended or redundant notifications.
This update introduces a new Composite Score (No Science) field for both individual ACT test records and superscores, giving institutions a way to align with ACT's current standard while retaining all score data on file for prerequisite and institutional use.
This update introduces a new External SSO User Matching setting in Settings > Manage Users > Security, allowing administrators to choose the specific identity attribute used to match users during SSO authentication. The setting defaults to email matching, preserving existing behavior for all current configurations.
